The service
- The service is free and provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running but can't guarantee it will always be available.
- Prices on gift guides are typical estimates and may change. Check the retailer.
- Product and brand names, if mentioned, belong to their owners. We aren't affiliated with them.
Your content
- You're responsible for the names, wishlists and other text you enter, and for having permission to enter other people's names. Don't enter sensitive personal data; names and gift ideas are enough.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store and display it only as needed to run the service.
- Organizers can delete a group at any time; all groups are deleted automatically after 120 days.
- Anyone with a private link can view that page. Share links only with the intended person.
- Don't use the service for spam, harassment or unlawful purposes. We may remove content or groups that break these terms.
Affiliate links
Guide pages may in the future contain affiliate links, which means we could earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Such links will be labelled, and a disclosure will appear above the first link on the page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, and consumers keep any mandatory rights under their local law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims from third parties arising from content you enter or from your misuse of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, note them on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
